American Airlines is pulling out all the stops in trying to entice flyers with yet another double AAdvantage mile offer.  But hey, I’m not complaining. I love American Airlines and it’s yet another way to add to the mileage bank for future travel.  Double miles, a good thing.

You’ll earn double miles when you fly nonstop on American Airlines or American Eagle flights between Los Angeles and: Denver, Colorado; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Fresno, California; Nashville, Tennesse; Phoenix, Arizona; Reno, Nevada; San Diego, California; Sacramento, California; Toronto, Canada from April 16, 2012 – June 30, 2012.

AAdvantage double mile offer is valid on American Airlines operated and/or marketed flights for nonstop travel between LAX and DEN, FLL, FAT, BNA, PHX, RNO, SAN, SMF or YYZ; April 16, 2012, through June 30, 2012. Travel on codeshare flights marketed by Alaska Airlines and operated by American Airlines are also eligible (booked under the AS flight number). Offer applies only to AAdvantage members who purchase and fly on eligible published fare tickets. Bonus miles do not count toward elite status qualification or Million Miler status. Double miles will be calculated at 100% of the base miles earned. Registration prior to travel is required.
